Mission December 2025 - Let's Do It! 💪

Hello!  👋 It's been a long time since I last uploaded a post and updated my blog. It has been a hell of a ride over the last two months. A kind of roller coaster ride with the steepest drops and sharpest curves. However, it is time to turn to a new page and start anew. A start, which I feel I need more than anything at the moment. From the 1st of September 2025, I'll be starting the Mission Dec 2025 series again with newfound energy and compassion. Unlike the practice I followed earlier, where I updated a single post every day, this series will have a post every day, each containing the target and the progress, which I'll update at the end of the day.  With that being said, I'll leave this post here and come back a couple of days later. LET'S DO IT! 💪

Deafening with Silence!

Hey! Welcome(back) to my blog. I hope everybody is doing great and having a wonderful time. I'm back with another post after posting a couple last week. Surprised? Stay here to find out. This post is based on a recent feeling or thought I had a few days back. Usually, I refrain from posting about the nitty-gritty of my personal life and about my emotions. But over the last two days, I've been feeling a strong urge to share this. I don't know why, but it just feels right to be writing this here. Maybe a few of my readers could relate to this. So, what is this feeling? Two days ago, while I was preparing myself to rest after a tiring day, I was reminded of a rather unpleasant memory. I didn't pay much heed to it initially, but it kept provoking a response from me. I still didn't budge and went on about my routine. I always stare at the ceiling of my room for a minute, thinking about my day and how I can do better the next day. This memory acted as a hindrance, and I h...

The First Milestone!

Image
Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyy! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! ❤️🎉 What for!? We just hit 1,000 views on this blog!!!! What a journey - from 0 to 1,000 in a span of 11 months. I wanna thank each and every person who has been a part of this space -  this would never have been possible without your contributions. It still feels like a dream to reach this milestone. I know 1,000 isn't a big number for a lot of people, but for me, it just feels surreal. As someone who started with no hope of generating any views, this is nothing short of magical. I now have another example to use for 'perseverance' and 'not giving up' topics.  I hope we hit the next 1,000 in much lesser time. With that being said, I'll take your leave. Bye!  👋

Countdown to Dec 2025 - CS Professional Daily Targets Mega Thread

From Feedback to Action

Image
Hey! Thanks for stopping by. This post is regarding a few decisions that I've taken on the basis of the suggestions of my readers. These decisions have been taken as a measure to improve the overall quality of my blog. I hope these changes bring about a positive experience for my readers. The changes are as follows: 🛑 Discontinuation of Daily Targets I've decided to not continue with the publishing of posts indicating my daily targets with immediate effect. This is done in order to avoid redundancy as pointed out by one of my readers. However, the habit of posting daily targets will continue. Instead, I’ll be updating a single post daily — a mega-thread style compilation. This post can be accessed on the  My Grind Log page. Additionally, I've decided to add emojis as markers to indicate the completion of targets. I'll be starting with this practice from tomorrow i.e. 28th June 2025. 📩 Subscribe Button Added In a bid to retain and add followers, I've added a subsc...

Day 8 - Gaining Momentum💪

Image
Hey! Thanks for stopping by(again). Yesterday was great academically. I was able to complete most of my targets. I also made a slight tweak to my schedule. I was hoping to complete CMADD and CSR & SG by July end but I have decided to complete the latter by mid-July as the number of lectures are just 70. It feels pretty good to be back - and to hit the right notes almost instantly.  Today, the target is again heavily CS Professional based. I will switch the focus towards my B.Com exam from Sunday as my next one (Income Tax) is on Saturday i.e. 5th July. I'm hoping to capitalise on this momentum and continue my journey. 📅Date: 27th June 2025 (Friday) 🎯Targets: CSR & SG: Introduction to CSR - Complete 5 Lectures and read ICSI Module CRVI: IBC - Complete 3 Lectures and read IBC Core DPA: Unit 2 - Complete 3 Lectures Let's make the efforts the drops which shape the ocean. Wishing everyone a successful and positive day ahead. Thank You! Bye! 👋

Day 7 - Restarting

Image
Hello and welcome back! I've recovered from the illness which had sidelined me from my studies. It is a great feeling to be back - doing what I love, setting goals and ticking them off. The focus this week is on completing CS Professional lectures. I've not given myself any trial day. I will be resuming from where I left off with the same intensity as earlier. 📅Date: 26th June 2025 (Thursday) 🎯Targets: CRVI: IBC - Complete 3 Lectures and read IBC Core CMADD: Unit 1 - Complete 3 Lectures CSR & SG: Introduction - Complete 2 Lectures ESG: Chapter 16 - Complete 3 Lectures and read ICSI Module Hoping that it is a successful day for all my readers. Thank You. 👋

Reaffirming the Why!

Image
Hey! Welcome back to my blog. I'm recovering from my illness and should be back on my feet within a couple of days. In the meanwhile, I thought of addressing a question which has been irking me for some time now. Why am I doing this - writing blogs at a time when AI has taken over the writing space? In the era of multiple sources of income, why am I spending my time on something that is guaranteed not to return anything? My mission from the very beginning has been very straightforward - improve my language and expression of emotions and also carve out a niche for myself and create a space where I don't have to think much before writing. While things around me have changed, I have been committed to my goal and don't see myself giving up that easily. Over time, the methods, the expressions, the words - all have undergone drastic changes. Changes so stark that differentiating between two writings would be a stroll in the park. From writing simple, short sentences to writing co...

Down but Not Out🤒

Image
Hey! Welcome back to my blog. The weather has been gloomy and so is my health. I'm definitely feeling the aftereffects of getting myself drenched in the rain a week back - a slight fever but tons of body pain. Though mobility hasn't been affected, every step is unusually exhausting. I'm not sure how soon I'll recover but I'll be visiting a doctor today and should be able to get back on my feet within a couple of days.  My focus over the next few days will be on re-energising myself and then slowly shift towards CS Professional. In the meanwhile, I'm not sure about attending my B.Com exam of Costing scheduled for tomorrow but it is very likely that I won't appear for it. Hoping to recover quickly and get back on track. Wishing everyone better health and great days ahead. Bye!

Day 6 - A Day of Two Halves

Image
Hey, welcome back! Great day yesterday. Always a nice feeling to get work done. It's the one thing that I enjoy the most. I still believe that there is room for improvement especially with regard to scrolling through reels. I did complete almost all the tasks I had assigned myself in the first half. But things went downhill in the second half of the day due to a bit of body pain. I couldn't clock any serious progress and had to take rest to recover. With today being International Yoga Day it felt like a timely reminder to get involved in some form of physical activity. Today, the focus shifts again from CS Professional to B.Com as my next exam is on Monday and it is Costing - a subject I'm fairly new to. Considering the turn of events yesterday, I've decided to not take any risks and allocate two entire days for the subject but I'll slot in CSR & SG just to get a feel for the subject. 📅 Date: 21st June 2025 (Saturday) 🎯Targets: BCOC138: Revise all Blocks and S...
