baby steps again!

Welcome back to my blog. I know it has been a long time since my last post and that most of my readers have forgotten about my blog. I'm really sorry for disappearing without any information.

Why did I disappear? It wasn't planned, it was just that a lot of new things happened and I had to let it all soak in. I had lined up nearly 7 posts for publishing but didn't complete the final step because I felt all those posts were lacking something - something that sets my posts apart. This and the new experiences all at once made it difficult for me to hit the publish button. I knew I had to take a step back, assess my position, refine those posts and then publish it. 

What were the 'new experiences'? As someone who has kept my cards close when it comes to sharing experiences, it is a bit difficult even now to open up on a platform where I have been writing for a year now. But I feel those experiences need to be shared. These mainly revolved around my trip to the Northern parts of India and then scenes I saw there. Scenes that painted a gloomy picture of the state of those places, the conditions people lived in and the overall way of life that many people follow or are forced to follow. Even in those conditions, the people had a method of living which was like a labyrinth, one could enter but where the escape is hard. And......

Yes, the last part of the previous para is intentionally left blank. It is my current state of mind. Not ready to start writing blogs again especially after the AI171 crash but yet abruptly leaving that state of mind and forcing myself to write blogs again in a bid to escape the tragedies over the last two months. It is an attempt to erase the heart wrenching scenes from Pahalgam to the RCB event stampede to the Mumbai metro accident and now the devastating crash yesterday. 

All these events have contributed to me not finding 'my hands' - something I learnt from Smudge. I haven't found my hands yet this season. In a simpler tone, I haven't yet entered the frame of mind to churn out post after post with great content. 

Okay then, Bye! 

I'll be posting my daily targets and the progress from tomorrow like I did for my CS Executive exams in December last year. Hopefully, I can find 'my hands'.

Hey Folks! I'm pretty sure that the few readers I have will be surprised to see another post this quick especially after a few posts earlier this week. This post is about mindset - something central to my formula of success. The title does have a hyphen (-) between 'mind' and 'set' which sure must have intrigued the reader I believe. Day 1 - New Beginnings! ❤️🤗

In the past day, my brain's been on a marathon, sprinting from existential questions to future forecasts. And guess what? I relish this slice of life – a sprinkle of unpredictability with a heap of deep thoughts. Circling back to the crux of the matter, my day's achievements? Well, not a blockbuster day. However, I did blitz through a hefty chunk of planning and devoted the remainder to a desk detox and digital decluttering. Day 3 - Harsha Bhogle-fied 😂

What a moment! What a day! ✨ I know I'm sounding Like Harsha Bhogle because such was the day. I'm generally not a man good at expressing how I feel but today it feels different. A day I've looked forward to over the last couple of months has gone down great. I do not have days like this often where I meet the few people outside my fam with whom I love to spend my time. For how much my friends have done for me, I don't think I'll be able to return it back. 🥰 Among these people, there is always that one person whom when you see, your heartbeats go up, a sense of nervousness arrives coupled with a feeling of being lost.
